親愛的顧客您好,感謝您選購登揚利 DYL。完成選購後,請於結帳頁面填寫收件與付款資訊;我們在確認付款後即開始出貨作業。

購物流程

  2. 將商品加入購物車
  3. 選擇出貨方式
  4. 填寫收件資料
  5. 選擇收件方式
  6. 若您需要統一編號,請於「訂單備註」中留下您的統一編號與抬頭
  7. 填寫帳單地址
  8. 選擇結帳付款方式
  9. 點選「立即下單」
  10. 進行付款
  11. 完成訂購

訂單送出後,系統將連線至 PayUni 統一金流 進行付款處理。系統會先寄出「訂單通知信」,完成付款後將寄出「付款成功通知信」。

付款方式

  • 信用卡:VISA/MasterCard/JCB/銀聯 UnionPay

配送範圍與方式(僅限台灣)

  • 台灣本島與離島:宅配/超商取貨不付款(7‑Eleven)
  • 不提供海外配送,若有需求,請來信詢問。
  • 便利商店取貨有 材積/重量限制:若超過限制,請改選宅配,以免訂單被取消。
  • 恕無法指定到貨時間;實際配達以物流公司安排為準。

運費與免運門檻

  • 台灣本島:單筆運費 NT$90;滿 NT$1,000 免運
  • 離島地區:單筆運費 NT$200;滿 NT$2,000 免運

請於購物車選擇配送地區;系統將自動計算運費與免運資格。

出貨時間

  • 付款成功後 3 個工作天內 完成出貨(不含週末與國定假日)。
  • 出貨後將寄送「出貨通知信」與託運單/追蹤碼至您的 Email。
  • 若遇天災或物流異常,將順延或另行通知。

退換貨政策

如需退換貨,請以「退換貨申請+訂單編號」為主旨,來信 mkt.dyl888@gmail.com,我們將提供協助與退貨地址。

重要說明

  1. 七日鑑賞期(含例假日,非試用期):到貨日起 7 日內可申請無理由退貨;逾期恕不受理。
  2. 個人/化妝品等貼身或具衛生性商品:經拆封、使用或致無法回復原狀者,不適用無理由退貨(不影響您就商品瑕疵申請退換的權利)。
  3. 退回商品須 全新且包裝完整(含附件、內外包裝、贈品、發票或折讓單等);贈品未一併退回或包裝損毀,可能影響退款權益。
  4. 若有 瑕疵/破損/短缺/錯誤出貨:請於到貨 3 日內拍照存證並來信說明,我們將盡速協助。
  5. 申請退貨後請 保留物流單據 以利查詢。
  6. 退貨運費 由買方負擔;若屬我方出貨錯誤或商品瑕疵,運費由本公司承擔。
  7. 若有 惡意棄單或拒收,本公司得將帳號列入黑名單並拒絕交易。
  8. 所有配送方式 皆無法指定到貨時間

Shopping Guide

Dear customer, thank you for shopping with DYL. At checkout, please enter your delivery and payment details; once your payment is confirmed, we will start fulfillment.

Online Shopping Process

  1. Optional membership: Join as a member to receive occasional coupons.
  2. Add items to your cart.
  3. Select a shipping method.
  4. Enter recipient details.
  5. Choose your receiving option.
  6. If you require a Uniform Invoice Number (Tax ID), please leave your Tax ID and company name in the “Order Notes”.
  7. Enter your billing address.
  8. Select a payment method at checkout.
  9. Click “Place Order”.
  10. Complete the payment.
  11. Order completed.

After the order is submitted, the system connects to PayUni for payment processing. An Order Notification email is sent first; a Payment Confirmation email follows after successful payment.

Payment Options

  • Credit Card: VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay

Shipping Area & Methods (Taiwan Only)

  • Taiwan main island & outlying islands: Home delivery / Convenience store pickup (7‑Eleven)
  • No international shipping. For special requests, please email us.
  • Size/weight limits apply to convenience store pickup. If exceeded, please choose home delivery to avoid cancellation.
  • No scheduled delivery time; actual timing depends on the carrier’s arrangement.

Shipping Fees & Free‑Shipping Threshold

  • Taiwan (main island): NT$90 per order; free shipping over NT$1,000
  • Outlying islands: NT$200 per order; free shipping over NT$2,000

Select your delivery area in the cart; the system automatically calculates shipping fees and free‑shipping eligibility.

Fulfillment Time

  • Ships within 3 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.
  • In case of severe weather or carrier disruptions, shipping will be postponed or otherwise notified.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, email mkt.dyl888@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange + Order No.” We will assist and provide the return address.

Important Notes

  1. 7‑day right to return (incl. weekends; not a trial period) starting from the delivery date. Late requests are not accepted.
  2. For personal/beauty items, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted if opened, used, or otherwise not restorable to original condition (this does not affect your rights for defective items).
  3. Returned items must be unused and complete, including all packaging, accessories, gifts, and invoice/credit note. Missing gifts or damaged packaging may affect your refund.
  4. For defects/damage/shortage/wrong item, please email photos and details within 3 days of receipt; we will assist promptly.
  5. Please keep the shipping receipt until the case is closed.
  6. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the fault is ours (defect/wrong item).
  7. Malicious refusal or unclaimed parcels may result in account blacklisting and refusal of future transactions.
  8. Scheduled delivery is not available for any shipping method.
